Directions for ABS application
On-line applications are now being accepted for the Advanced Biomedical Sciences Certificate class beginning August, 2012. The application deadline is June 15, 2012.
Please go to the application and follow the prompts indicating degree graduate studies. This will guide your application to the College of Science. You must submit an on-line Graduate School application form as well as the following credentials and Supplemental Data. (pdf on cruising the application site) Please read the instructions below prior to starting your on-line application!
Please allow 4-6 weeks for initial application processing. During this time queries can be addressed to: gsquared@gmu.edu
- The application webpage is active. Completed ON-LINE applications and supplemental data are now being accepted for the class beginning August, 2012.
- We have rolling admissions and encourage you to complete your application in a timely manner, so it is ready for review.
- When your file is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. Please make sure the email you provide on your application is current.
- Upon completion of the first review, if you are accepted or placed on the waitlist, you will immediately receive an email. Please see the links for what to do if you are accepted. If you are on the waitlist, please send us any updates of your grades, test scores (when available), or other pertinent information. These will be added to your file for consideration.
Applications must be received by June 15, 2012 to be considered for the fall class-- supporting materials may be received after this date, but we recommend that they arrive ASAP. Due to the competitive applicant pool and rolling admissions, we recommend early application.
