Non-Cadaveric Gross Anatomy

The systems-based medical courses integrate Physiology, Embryology, Histology and Gross Anatomy. The Gross Anatomy component is taught through a combination of lectures and "labs", with the labs using an innovative guided electronic dissector. Dr Jennifer Whitney will take you through the dissections for each lab, and you will have access to the dissector for studying. In addition, students will go to Georgetown Medical Center periodically to review the dissections using prosected cadavers. The lab practicals for each course is given as a slide practical using dissector figures. This is the same exam given the Georgetown Med students.
